Reusch Goalkeeping Stories

HISTORIC REUSCH GOALKEEPER GLOVES ON DISPLAY IN THE GLOVE SPECIALIST’S ANNIVERSARY YEAR

Historic Reusch gloves are currently on display as part of the show "Football: Designing the Beautiful Game", a touring exhibition from the Design Museum, London, at FIFA Museum Zurich. As one of the most important Goalkeeping brands in the world, Reusch is part of the exhibition that dives deep into the role played by designers, architects and fans in the history of the most known game of all times: football. With its heritage and its attention to design and innovation, the brand was certainly one of the most qualified candidates for representing the world of goalkeeping.

The glove manufacturer and sports brand is delighted to have its historical gloves shown to the public, especially we celebrate 50 Years of Goalkeeping in 2024. And from the very beginning, we at Reusch set out to create the best, high-quality goalkeeper gloves.
One of the most important exhibited objects are the Reusch Bundesliga 1985 gloves, a notably iconic style that must thrill not only nostalgic fans.

Due to the exhibition's popularity and to our great delight, FIFA Museum has extended the exhibition. Its new closing date is April 1, 2024.

From May 25 to September 1, 2024, the successful exhibition will move to Wolverhampton Art Gallery, thereby continuing to be open to football fans and the interested public well into this year.
