OUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a company deeply rooted in the fascinating mountain region of the Dolomites, we believe it is important to strive to reduce our company’s impact on the environment and to establish a more sustainable business model in the entire supply-, manufacturing- and distribution chain of Reusch gloves.
Therefore, we developed the Taking Care Program, our own approach to improve the firm’s environmental compatibility, which is inspired on the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of the United Nation’s Agenda 2030. Such goals include respect for human rights, fair working conditions, protection of the environment, and prohibition of corruption.
Producing gloves for winter sports and for goalkeepers, not every measure can be implemented for both categories the same way as the material used and the manufacturing processes are very different. And even if till now we could generally reach better and faster results with our ski glove collection, we keep on learning and trying step by step to reduce the impact of every product on the environment.
