HAND IN HAND UNTIL THE OLYMPIC GAMES 2022

The partnership between the Austrian Olympic Committee (ÖOC) and the glove specialist Reusch enters the next round.

"We are happy to have created the basis for the continuation of our successful cooperation by extending the contract until the 2022 Winter Games. Our aim is to offer our athletes the best possible equipment. With Reusch we have the perfect outfitter for the gloves sector"
said ÖOC President Karl Stoss on the occasion of the extension of the cooperation
In addition to the Winter Olympics 2022 in Beijing, the cooperation includes the Winter European Youth Olympic Festival 2019 in Sarajevo & East Sarajevo (BIH), the Winter Youth Olympics 2020 in Lausanne (SUI) and the Winter European Youth Olympic Festival 2021 in Vuokatti (FIN).

"We were able to celebrate many successes together in Pyeongchang. The enthusiasm for the Olympic Team Austria was contagious and offers us the opportunity to work together with the best winter athletes and to incorporate their feedback into the further development of our products."

Lisa Gasser, Reusch Head of Marketing
For ÖOC Secretary General Peter Mennel, the cooperation with the glove specialist is a win-win cooperation. "We are particularly pleased that the partnership also includes the Youth Olympic Team Austria and that the Austrian talents will be able to enjoy the same equipment as our Olympic champions and - whether at competitions or award ceremonies - will certainly never have cold fingers".

The Olympic champions Marcel Hirscher and Anna Veith have relied on the extensive collection of ski and winter gloves for every demand for many years. In addition to the Austrian Olympic Committee, Reusch also supports the Austrian Ski Federation.
